Given the size and amount of bicycles produced by this Taiwanese company 'Giant' certainly is an apt name. Giant's bikes are popular with both amateurs and professionals - they have in the past, and continue to sponsor national and international teams. In the 2008 Beijing Olympics Giant had no less than 10 competitors riding their bikes, including US mountain biker Adam Craig.
